This suburban cape cod-style home had seen much better days before being restored. The exterior of the home was overgrown with a dilapidated garage and dinghy above-ground pool, the stone was dirty, and the walkways and stairs were crumbling. The interior wasn’t much better with signs of water damage, stained walls, missing plaster, and scratched and dated flooring. This home is almost unrecognizable after a full home rehab including new flooring, drywall, updated paint, new fixtures, appliances, and more. We cleared the overgrown brush from outside. We also removed the pool and garage to create plenty of parking with a new driveway. Seeing the difference is truly believing.
