Diamond in the Rough

Diamond in the Rough

The transformation of this home was nothing short of amazing.  The exterior of the home was lackluster, to say the least. The rear 3 seasons room and soffit were rotting out while the concrete was cracked and overgrown with grass.  The interior was not much better with an unfunctional kitchen and wasted space throughout the home. On top of these problems, there were also a poorly converted garage into the master bedroom and one truly unusable second-floor bathroom.

Outside we replaced the concrete and rotten wood while adding siding to the entire exterior to give a unified look. Inside we removed old paneling and unnecessary closets to give rooms more space.  We updated all of the bathrooms and made the upstairs bathroom functional. Because it is an extremely small bathroom we also added a vanity in a small nook at the top of the stairs. Downstairs we created a beautiful kitchen with a peninsula and additional cabinets and usable counter space.
